Once the Registration Process is completed, you’re ready to select a Client Program. This is what it’s all about — serving clients and generating revenue!

You are taught everything online in a virtual classroom. Experience is a plus but not required. There will be an instructor who teaches you LIVE with other classmates. In class you will learn the client's systems, how to answer calls, what to say and other important information. This ensures that each agent will be ready & confident to start servicing.
