Who is All For Her LLC?We are a work from home based business. We are partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions to provide inbound customer service calls to many Fortune 500 companies. We are also a company with a referral community that connects nurses, doctors, medical IT support or customer service agents to the BEST JOBS! We match top talent, like YOU, to opportunities with employers in Healthcare. We connect agents with the perfect client to suite their skills and needs. Healthcare positions are in traditional hospital & office settings. Customer service agents will be able to work at home everyday answering inbound calls on a traditional phone line. Working from home allows a very flexible schedule for our agents so they can have more time with family, freedom, & the financial comfort they deserve.

How do I get started?Please note: If you are military affiliated please contact us BEFORE completing a profile so we can ensure agents receive the discounts offered. You MUST select Military from the drop down when asked "How did you hear about us?" on the AFH Aplication. Step 1: Fill out AFH's Online Application. Create a profile, complete admission process on our Enrollment tab, visit www.ariseworkfromhome.com to register. For help click here. Please ensure when asked "Were you referred?" enter CSP ID 1662032. Step 2: Once Admission Process is complete, next step will be choosing a client. Please enter our IBO ID 90994. Step 3: Upon completing your certification course, agents will start servicing and earning revenue with each call!

Do I have to be a legal resident of the US?Currently we are hiring for US, Canada, & UK residents Unfortunately we are not hiring in the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Oregon, & Wisconsin.

Am I required to cover the cost of equipment, client certification/training and enrollment?"National Background Checks are FREE Certification courses can range from $20-$200 (although most are under $99) Training programs may have additional requirements. Prior to selecting a client program, you will have access to the Opportunity Announcement which details additional information. Some Clients provide equipment. **YOU ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE 100% ATTENDANCE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE CERTIFICATION SUCCESSFULLY** **Remember, you are an independent contractor, therefore state and federal taxes are not withdrawn from your pay and some certification training are unpaid**

What’s the longest time a CSP (Customer Service Professional) has ever contracted for one client?We’ve known testimonies of CSPs who have provided excellent customer support for 1-2 clients as long as 6 years.

How much money will I make and how often am I paid?This opportunity is very competitive. Salary depends on how many hours an agent services. Incentives, bonuses, and pay increases are offered for Top Performers. Some CSP’s earn up to $1,500 bi-weekly while others earn up to $500. Salary generally ranges $8-$16 per hour. Each client generally requires a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. Some Clients offer servicing 24 hours/ 7 days a week. Please check the Opportunity Announcements. What equipment will I need for this work from home opportunity?Note: Cell Phones, Magic Jack, Google Voice or any other VOIP services are not permitted. You will need a PC laptop/desktop, home phone line, and a high speed internet connection, VOIP headset, and a Call Center Dialpad w/ Headset Telephone. Home phone must not have any features!!! This includes call waiting, voicemail, or any other features. Just a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service). See here

Are there any other fees once I start servicing?Each agent is responsible for ONE low flat rate service fee of $39.95, this includes the AFH Technology Fee of $19.95 and $20 for Administrative Costs. All Fees cover website upkeep, agent's payroll system, and maintaining all technical support to ensure 99.9% reliability for our Independent Contractors. Our low fee also includes AFH providing agents with support during the certification process and beyond. However, we do offer incentives each month where this fee can be waived should agents meet criteria. Our goal here is to make sure YOU SUCCEED! Contact us with any questions. Agents can be reimbursed for certification courses 90 days after actively servicing! Additionally, AFH offer sign up bonuses and incentives to our CSPs monthly.
